Classes are available year round for students ages 3 and up. Classes run in 4-week sessions and anyone can join at any time. No experience is necessary and classes are available for students of all abilities and experience – from the beginner through the elite level athlete. At ECE Central, all students are welcome to try their first class at no charge.

Our  6,000 square foot training facility has the most up-to-date equipment including two, full-sized cheerleading competition spring floors, a 30-foot tumble track, a 40-foot air track, a trampoline with safety harness, and an abundance of skills-mats used for teaching tumbling skills.

Tumbling Pricing

Drop-In Class: $15/class or $10 for 30 min class

1 Class per Week: $50/month ($12.50 per class)

2 Classes per Week: $80/month ($10 per class)


We also offer group tumbling rates for AYF, Pop Warner and High School groups. Please contact us for more information at ececentral@hotmail.com.

* All tumbling students are required to pay an annual registration fee of $35, which is valid from June 1st - May 31st

A guide to tumbling "Levels":

Beginner/Level 1:  Athletes will work on all skills leading up to an unassisted back handspring including cartwheel, round-off, back/front walkovers, handstand skills. Students will build core strength and work on body awareness. They will learn beginner tumbling as well as drills and skills to move them toward more advanced skills, such as handsprings.

Intermediate/Level 2: Athletes in this class must be able to perform an unassisted, standing back handspring as well as a round-off back handspring.  In this class, athletes will work on connecting skills learned in Level 1  with Level 2 skills. They will also work toward mastering skills such as: round-off back handspring series,  series of standing back handsprings, and front handsprings. Athletes in this class will also begin to work toward flipping skills such as back tucks.

Advanced/Level 3+: This class is for more advanced athletes with a solid tumbling background. Athletes in this class must be able to perform a minimum of a double back handspring and an unassisted, round-off back handspring tuck. This class will work toward mastering running tucks/layouts/full twisting layouts, a series of standing back handsprings to tuck/layout/full twisting layout, jumps to standing back tuck, and front tumbling passes. Athletes will connect front tumbling to round-off back handspring tucks as well as other advanced combination passes.
